To our friends at Shavitz,?First we want to tell you how pleased we are with our new furnace, humidifier and air cleaner. Our indoor environment has been truly transformed. We noticed the improvement right away. Everybody is feeling better now that we have the proper humidity in the house, and the air cleaner has freshened up the air and removed a weird odor that had persisted in the house.
 
Clearly your company is first rate. Moreover, Neil Kaden is an outstanding individual. I had gotten quotes from two of your competitors, and Neil was the only one who followed up with me and who took the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot of questions!!!). He also took the time to learn all the details of our house and our requirements. He was the most thorough and knowledgeable person I have met and he was right about everything. Your installation crew Dennis and Johnny were extremely professional and proficient. When it was all done, I realized that this business you are in is no simple matter. Installing a furnace and other equipment is complex and requires a great deal of technical sophistication. It’s as much an art as a science, and all of you are talented craftsmen.
 
All in all, we just wanted to say that you exceeded our expectations. To put it more simply, my wife is very happy with the results, and she is one tough woman to please. (The only time she’s ever lowered her standards was to marry me.)
Seriously, we look forward to a long term relationship with you to maintain our equipment and more. We are grateful to Don who recommended you, as well as our other friends who spoke very highly of you.
