“I originally made the mistake of calling Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning because the fan was not spinning when the A/C went on. The guy from Four Seasons came out and said it was the fan motor (even though the spindle was still spinning freely-i.e., the motor had not seized up) and said the replacement motor would cost $1,400.00. I made the mistake of placing the order for a new motor. After the technician left, I did some research on my own and found that replacement motor costs between $400.00 and $600.00. I called back and cancelled the order and then called Shavitz who I have used in the past but had forgotten. The Shavitz team came out and after I told them about the incident with Four Seasons, the technician asked if they checked the capacitor and I said no. The Shavitz technician put in a test capacitor to see if that was the problem and it was. The motor was just fine. Part cost $408.00 and the problem was solved.”

“Demarius is a pro and responsible . He provided a diagnostic check up for our HVAC. He explained what we needed to do and helped us schedule our follow up. Very helpful!.”

“The technicians (two of them) arrived well within the timeframe I was promised. They listened to what I had to say regarding performance of our boiler and the service history. The worked as a team to evaluate required changes to the system as well as cleaning/inspection of the boiler itself.”

“Installers came on time, kept me informed, cleaned where the old furnace was before installing the new and very very pleasant to work with.”
